Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains returns, refunds and exchanges for products purchased from us.

0114-day returns

Most new, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Items must be in original condition with all packaging, accessories and documentation.

Custom-configured, EDU/enterprise, and clearance units may be non-returnable; this will be stated at the time of sale.

02How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.

You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

03Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to opened high-value items; any such fee will be disclosed before you ship the return.

04Defective or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange repair, replacement, or a full refund at no cost to you, in line with the manufacturer warranty.

05Warranty

Robots are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (periods vary by model and configuration). We facilitate warranty claims on your behalf.
