Lower-cost units like the Unitree Go2 and accessories can be ordered directly through checkout. Humanoids and high-end systems are sold on a quote basis so we can confirm configuration, lead time and shipping before you commit.

Quoted orders are confirmed and paid by invoice. For catalog items you place an order request at checkout and we send an invoice to complete the purchase. We'll always confirm pricing and shipping before any payment.

In-stock accessories and quadrupeds typically ship within a few business days. Humanoids and made-to-order configurations vary by model — we confirm an exact lead time on your quote.
